The C&S Way
- Light Up Your Crown: It’s time to light up that gold crown: to open your wise and focus mindfully on its location just above and between your brows in the center of your forehead. Be in your glow; you don’t need to dim someone else’s light in order for you to shine!
- Rock Your Radiance: Your crown draws wisdom from a higher source, casting a beautiful and illuminating golden light on any situation or person, however draining or difficult. The winner of the competition must be confident. He/She must possess personal integrity while understanding and sharing the values of our brand and the responsibilities of being a titleholder.
- See Beneath Your Beautiful: All aspirants should demonstrate authenticity, credibility and exhibit grace under pressure. The men and women who compete embody the modern, global aspiration for the potential within all men and women

- What have you done in your community to show leadership?

- Why should the adjudication committee consider you as a suitable candidate for the title?
It’s important to remember being Miss / Mister Trinidad & Tobago can be a full time job, a multi-faceted job which provides them with many life-shaping opportunities. Typically, a Miss / Mister will travel and make appearances; lend his/her voice to help those in need; represent our sponsors and be an overall spokesperson for the Organization.
In selecting a winner, we ask our selection committee, typically comprised of accomplished business leaders, philanthropists and public figures, to look for a young man / woman who is comfortable in their own skin; someone who is authentic, empathetic and determined to make a mark in the world. In preparing for the competition (and life!) we advise all participants to reflect upon who they are and what are their passions. Be engaged with your community and always seek to push your personal envelope and live outside your comfort zone.
Through the organization, the winner is provided a platform for possibility based on his/her objectives for the year. Alongside the C&S Organization, together they will plan how to achieve these goals on the national and global scale. The world is your oyster!
